Contract Manufacturing

The Carbon Group has the facilities to blend and package chemical, food quality and solvent formulations to exact specifications. These blending requirements can be met for either liquid or powder products.

All finished products are given batch numbers, and all of the raw materials used in the process of manufacture have complete product traceability. Our in-house laboratory performs stringent quality-control tests, and all operating procedures are ISO 9001:2000 approved. Product samples are retained from each batch of finished product for a minimum of three years.

Products can be manufactured to the required specification using Carbon raw materials. Your finished products can be stored on-site in Ringaskiddy, and distributed from our warehouse, thus enabling short lead times.

Carbon can blend any alkalis, acid, solvent, water, food or powder based material. Batches can be made up to any quantity with a minimum batch size of 250lt for liquid blends and 200kg for powder blends. The products can be packaged in containers ranging in size from 0.75lt up to 1000lt, or supplied in Bulk containers, for liquid blends and from 5lt buckets up to 1000kg bags for powder blends.

The range of on-site quality control testing can include: gas chromatography, uv, water, volumetric titrations, ph, Karl Fischer titrations, specific gravity, conductivity testing, residue on evaporation.
