Carbons fresh approach of designing chemicals to suit specific purposes has brought added value to the market place. Carbon Groups development team noticed that some chemicals in the food sector were overdesigned. Too often in the food sector, the chemical supplier delivers a one stop chemical that cleans too varied an application and across several industries. Carbon Group is approaching the solution through a different route, by analysing the various parameters that exist within the cleaning application. Through analysing the microbe type, structure of water supply, surfaces and materials involved, we can specifically design a chemical product suited to the exact requirements of your unique application. Site surveys are an essential tool to providing cost effective, total cleaning design and solution. This reduces requirements of sometimes wasteful surfactants or sequesters etc that may be in a "big brand" product which covers an unnecessary multitude. This has led to our newly launched Combat range of foaming and cleansing detergents. This new range of products achieves higher yield to the end user with no compromise in quality and on site results are showing up to a 20% reduction in volumetric use. Our customers are indicating high quality foams with good clinging properties whilst using fewer volumes and consequently a reduction in time applying the foam.
