Jan 2011 Carbon Group announced the signing of a sole distribution agreement with Akzo Nobel Industrial Coatings Ltd for Ireland. Thus adding another premium quality & technologically driven product range to our portfolio i.e. products to protect wood, cladding, concrete for new construction and maintenance in a wide range of industries. The initial range will include: Sikkens Joinery Products , Wapex Floor Paints, Synteko Ranges, ICLA and Zweihorn Products & Redox Cladding Finish

April 2010 Carbon Group established a Chemical Management Systems division. This will facilitate us in offering our customers a more complete service regarding advice and equipment for stock management
Feb 2010 Carbon Group has a qualified NACE (National Association of Corrosion Engineers) Level 2 Certified Coatings Inspector. NACE CIP is a worldwide-recognised Inspection Qualification, allowing Carbon Group the opportunity to offer clients support on projects, from conception to completion
Oct 2009 Carbon Group launched it's new Laboratory Products & Reagents division
Oct 2009 updated Carbon Groups' website to incorporate our 3 sites; Belfast, Cork & Dublin and our 3 business divisions; Chemicals, Paint & Equipment and Food Ingredients
July 2009 we commissioned our new Clean Room facility for liquid & powder blending. This facilitates production of food grade blended material in a HACCP environment.
